Didem Gürcüoğlu Tekay, who is the General Manager of Management Centre Türkiye (MCT), Turkey’s first and only public consulting firm, began her professional career in retail. She trained and consulted many international companies and helped them improve their service and product quality.
Tekay, who is the founding director of the MCT Training and Consultancy Department, took the lead in change and development projects of many companies in many different industries ranging from finance and medicine to fast moving consumption and telecommunications in Turkey and across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. She actively participated in forging and advancing international partnerships as well as business and human resources management.

Dr. Pınar Özcan is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Warwick Business School. She specializes in strategy, entrepreneurship, and the emergence of new markets. Her research aims to contribute to our understanding of the emergence and evolution of markets from the perspective of entrepreneurs, their strategies and interactions with the environment (e.g. partners, competitors, and key institutions such as government, regulators).
Dr. Özcan completed her Ph.D. at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) at the Stanford University Management Science and Engineering Department, and also holds a Master of Science and dual Bachelors degrees from Stanford.

Shane was recently shortlisted for the Thinkers50 award. He serves as a Fellow at the European Leadership University with a focus on Nextgen Leadership Curriculum. Shane is a mentor to International Fellows at MIT's Legatum School of Entrepreneurship.
Shane graduated with his BA/MBA from Brigham Young University, speaks Russian, and resides in London.

He was born in Istanbul in 1977. After studying at Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering and Anadolu University Department of Economics, he studied photography abroad. Having started his career as a professional photographer in Hürriyet Newspaper, Mr. Karaca worked as IT writer and news manager in the IT Business Weekly Magazine of Vogel Publishing Group in 1999. Mr. Karaca who produced and presented a radio program on Turkey's first technology radio at 92.3, produced and presented a TV program on Technology Channel, which started broadcasting in 2000s years.
In 2003, Mr. Karaca prepared and presented the Silicon Valley program, which was broadcasted on Show TV and lasted for 14 years becoming a cult in the television sector. In 2008, he left the position of Broadcasting Director at Ciner Yayın Holding and continued his TV and commercial production for other channels with his own production agency called FelisMedia.
Mr. Karaca lived in the Silicon Valley in the US state of California and produced live webcasts for popular web sites between 2013 and 2016. By the end of 2017 Mr. Karaca founded a new company named NextGen relating to Genetics Technologies and took on the CEO role of this institution.
