Powered by AI, driven by humans: IBM Talent Acquisition
IBM TA’s design philosophy has evolved from one focused on outcomes, to focusing first and foremost on creating exceptional experiences; for our candidates, our hiring managers and business stakeholders, as well as for ourselves, executing as a TA function.
In the era of digitisation and artificial intelligence, companies have been forced to re-invent business models and we - as consumers - are experiencing new levels of accessibility and instant gratification in our personal lives.
Join Lee Andrews as he shares with you some of the ways in which IBM are reimaging Talent Acquisition with personalization and experience in mind.
Lee started his Talent Acquisition (TA) career 15 years ago in-agency as a Consultant in the Technology sector, and has since been designing, delivering and managing TA services for the world's leading enterprises, operating across multiple continents and industries.
